Eric Peterson has been actively involved in real estate since 2008 with Goodale & Barbieri Company. Unofficially, he has been involved his whole life via his father. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is involved with the management, development, and brokerage of the Company’s real estate portfolio. Eric’s experience includes acquisition, design, entitlement, locating tenants, negotiating favorable lease terms, as well as redeveloping or developing from the ground up retail and restaurant properties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eric has developed sites such as Starbucks as well as Department stores of 80,000+ square feet. He spent many years on the engineering team and getting several hundred thousand of rebates for owners and really knows his way around building systems being an integral trait for the new Washington Clean Buildings Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eric received his Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Eastern Washington University and is a licensed Broker in Washington State.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
