Eric has recently completed over $30 million in transactions and has been involved in commercial real estate since 2008 when he first started with Goodale & Barbieri Company. Eric has been involved with just about every aspect of the business from leasing representation, sales brokerage, management, energy management, engineering, tax appeal, and more.
